Dr. Vincenzo Novara received his residency training at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then completed fellowships in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital. Additionally, he completed a dedicated Fellowship in Sleep Disorders at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
He holds a Board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Medical Specialties in Critical Care, and Pulmonary Disease.
Dr. Novara, areas of special interest include evaluation and management of obstructive airway diseases, evaluation of lung nodules, respiratory failure and ventilator management, multi organ dysfunction syndromes, pulmonary embolism, sleep disorder breathing, pulmonary infections, and fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
Additionally, he specializes in the execution of ICU quality and utilization improvement processes, implementation of high-quality cost-efficient ICU delivery models, development of operational efficiencies and structuring of complex medical staff operations.
Dr. Novara is a member of the American thoracic society, society of critical care medicine, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. He holds leadership positions in many different area hospitals

Dr. Valdivia received his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then completed fellowships in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine at Ohio State University / Wexner Medical Center.
He holds a board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Medical Specialties in Critical Care and Pulmonary Disease.
Dr. Valdivia has published multiple medical studies to date.
Dr. Valdivia’s special interest include, Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Infections, Sepsis, Ventilator Management, Evaluation of Lung Nodules and Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy.
Dr. Valdivia is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Panariello received his residency training in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Elmhurt Center, in New York. He then completed a Pulmonary fellowship at Mount Sinai Elmhurt Center, in New York.
He holds Board certifications by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Medical Specialties in Internal Medicine, and Pulmonary Diseases.
Dr. Panariello is a member of the American College of Physicians, and the American College of CHEST Physicians.
In addition to Dr. Panariello’s professional medical success, he holds an active military position as Commander in the U.S. Navy, Medical Corps, Reserves

Dr. Rives’s areas of special interest includes Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease/Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome Overlap, Ventilator Management and Optimization of Positive Airway pressure.
